Why is this role important?

We're looking for a brilliant and commercially minded Head of Product Marketing to lead how our products show up in the world, ensuring they land with clarity, relevance, and commercial impact. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the product marketing strategy across the entire UK Group, which consists of three distinct businesses: Breathe, ELMO UK, and Rotageek. You will be essential for driving success across all acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell channels, managing a team, and working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, and Growth to deliver measurable commercial results. This role requires someone confident running go-to-market (GTM) launches end-to-end and who understands how customers buy in SaaS.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Own and execute the end-to-end GTM plan for new products, features, and propositions to achieve our commercial goals.
  • Drive Product Messaging and Positioning: Shape how we talk about our products, translating technical roadmap items into clear, customer-ready messaging that resonates with our audience.
  • Lead Upsell and Cross-Sell Initiatives: Develop and lead the positioning and messaging for upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating closely with customer success teams to drive growth within our existing customer base.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success: Develop and deliver high-impact content, tools, and training sessions-from pitch decks to one-pagers-to support our GTM teams.
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer: Actively gather and apply customer insights to inform all our marketing efforts, from messaging to pricing strategies.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and coach your direct reports (Product Marketing Manager and Customer Marketing Manager) to support their professional growth and scale the team's impact.
  • Information Security: Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.
