As we enter an exciting new phase of digital growth, we're looking for a dynamic, people centred product leader to shape the future of our digital products and services supporting over 110,000 clients every year.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop a growing cross functional product team
• Define and deliver a clear product vision and digital roadmaps
• Oversee the full product lifecycle across SaaS and bespoke clinical systems
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, digital, data and technology teams
• Build strong supplier partnerships and ensure value for money
• Drive data driven decision making and measurable product outcomes
• Provide clear communication and governance across MSI UK
