Maxwell Bond have partnered with an organisation in the financial services sector who are looking for a Head of Delivery to join their team. This role sits at the heart of product led delivery, owning pace, clarity and accountability across multiple cross functional products.

What You'll Do as Head of Delivery:

• Oversee and manage the delivery across all products, ensuring priorities are clear, sequenced and outcome focused.
• Maintain visibility of progress, dependencies and delivery risk, intervening early to keep teams on track.
• Remove blockers, resolve cross mission dependencies and challenge slow decision making to drive momentum.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience owning delivery across multiple product, engineering or delivery teams.
• Strong product and delivery mindset, with a clear bias for action and impact.
• Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders in fast paced, outcome led environments.
