Role Overview

As Head of Product Control, you will lead a team responsible for daily P&L reporting, balance sheet substantiation, and financial analysis across multiple trading entities, brokers and asset classes. This role requires close collaboration with Operations, Finance, Trading Teams, Risk Management, Corporate Development and Technology teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily P&L production and ensure timely reporting with insightful commentary.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with trading and risk teams to analyze financial performance and market trends.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in product control or financial analysis within a trading environment.
• A strong understanding of financial instruments and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with SQL or Python required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
