  • Spearhead the design and delivery of AI and automation capabilities that solve real-world challenges for our customers.
  • Coach and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and a high-performing culture.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure product roadmaps reflect business priorities and customer needs.
  • Prioritise and plan the product pipeline using market trends, user insights, and commercial opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features.

  • Champion a customer-centric mindset and ensure user insights are at the heart of all product decisions.
  • Represent Product in strategic conversations and contribute to business-wide planning.

About You

  • Extensive experience leading product teams, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology environments.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering transformational change across digital platforms, including web and mobile.
  • Experience developing and launching AI-driven and data-enabled features.
  • Proven leader who inspires and supports team growth, autonomy, and empowerment.
  • Excellent communicator comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Motivated by the challenge of creating real impact through innovative, user-focused solutions.
  • Experience with integrations and product discovery best practices.

Bonus points for experience in: SaaS focused on operational sectors (e.g., logistics, supply chain, construction), and familiarity with modern product discovery frameworks.

Why Join Us?

  • Remote-first and flexible work environment (work from anywhere, with overlapping core hours)
  • Company-issued laptop and home office allowance
  • Quarterly UK offsites and annual full team retreats
  • 25 days holiday (plus UK public holidays) plus extra days for your birthday and loyalty
  • Enhanced parental leave, health cash plan, and pension
  • Learning and development days and budget
  • Co-working space allowance and travel expenses covered

You'll have the autonomy, tools, and support to deliver genuine impact, working with a mission-driven business that values growth, sustainability, and people.
