We are seeking a dynamic Head of Procurement Services Hub to lead the Group's operational procurement ecosystem. The role ensures efficient delivery of supplier integration, sourcing oversight, procurement operations, data quality, and reporting within policy and regulatory guidelines. This role provides a scalable, well-controlled service that enables Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Supplier Risk Management to deliver commercial value.
This role will drive operational excellence, strengthen governance, and deliver high-quality reporting across our organisation. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical strength with strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence partners at all levels.
In this role, you will- Lead the Bank's procurement operating model, covering sourcing governance, supplier onboarding, transactional activity, and process optimisation.
- Ensure all procurement requests, sourcing events, and purchasing activities follow standardised, well-governed procedures aligned with Group policies and regulatory requirements (CBI, EBA, DORA).
- Oversee day-to-day procurement service delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent service across the Procurement Services Hub.
- Maintain a robust procurement control environment, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies, supplier due diligence requirements, and operational resilience expectations.
- Lead all procurement data management, ensuring high-quality data capture, accuracy, integrity, and standardisation across procurement systems.
- Own the delivery of all Procurement reporting, consolidating information across Category Management, Sourcing, Supplier Risk Management, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely upward reporting to senior management, governance committees, and the Bank's Board.
- Provide actionable MI and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making, operational performance management, supplier monitoring, and enterprise visibility of procurement activity.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Hub, Category Managers, Risk, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Strong experience in procurement operations, sourcing processes, Operations Leadership, or supply chain management, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
- Clear comprehension of procurement governance, sourcing controls, and regulatory expectations.
- Experience leading operational procurement teams within a complex organisation.
- Proven track record to handle senior partners and collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
- Experience with procurement systems and enterprise tools (e.g., Coupa or equivalent).
- Qualification in Business, Finance or related field
- A professional qualification in Procurement e.g., CPSM, CIPS, IIPM

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
