Team Overview

The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations - safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

We are an industry leader within the UK/EU Building Sector and are on a growth trajectory as we continue to expand in new markets. As such we are hiring for a Head of Procurement to join our Team, focusing on our Framework based Offsite Fabrication Project's.

Location Head Office, Banbridge

Hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

Salary Competitive Depending on Experience

Responsible to Head of Commercial

What You'll be Doing

Lead and develop the procurement function by driving team performance, implementing best practices, and delivering a proactive service to stakeholders. Build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate key contracts, and oversee supplier performance. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost savings, value engineering, and long-term planning. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operations, projects, and inventory management. Maintain financial accountability through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance, governance, and effective risk management.
