Head of Private Equity CoSec & Governance (Hybrid)

Alter Domus seeks a Head of Corporate Governance Services in Jersey to lead the PE CoSec team and oversee complex fund and corporate entities. You will report to the Global Head of CoSec and collaborate with regional leadership to deliver high-quality governance services.

You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop teams across Jersey and remote locations while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on risk management.
