The Client Solutions Group leads Macquarie Asset Management's investor interface across product development, capital raising and investor relations. The team serves the world's largest institutional investors globally.
What role will you play?You will lead the global institutional Product Development function for the Private Credit business.
You will develop a rolling 3 year view and pipeline for Private Credit product innovation, new investment strategies and vehicle launches, remodel, optimise and align with strategic priorities.
You will identify product opportunities, structure and execute them, prepare key client facing legal documentation, oversee new product approval, and collaborate to ensure product suitability for institutional and wealth markets.
You will inspire and empower a team, delegate effectively, recruit and develop talent.
What you offer- 12+ years' experience in product structuring and innovation/solutions roles with a proven history of delivering Private Credit products that have raised capital and delivered investment outcomes.
- Experience across Institutional and Wealth Private Credit products, including structured finance such as CLOs and ABF vehicles, and deep knowledge of Private Credit fund/vehicle types and investor preferences. Knowledge of EMEA and US structures preferred.
- Advanced understanding of fund and investor documentation, tax, legal, regulatory, operational and client considerations across EMEA and US.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior management and form internal and external relationships.
- A team leader able to empower, develop, direct strategy, manage projects and balance execution with delegation.
- Strong industry network, especially with service providers.
- Ideally holding tertiary qualifications, CFA charterholder preferred.
