Head of Private Client

A legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious Solicitor to lead and grow its Private Client Department This is a senior role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset who enjoys building and managing a team. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee complex probate and Court of Protection matters, mentor junior lawyers, and drive the department's growth through business development and client relationship management.Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years' PQE
• Extensive experience in probate, estate administration, and Court of Protection work
• Proven leadership or management experience
• STEP qualification preferred (or working towards)
• Experience in contentious probate matters
