Head of Personal Lines

This is a remote-based role with required travel to Cork and occasional travel across Europe. You will be responsible for performance delivery customer success.

A leading customer experience is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Personal Lines to lead and expand its Personal Lines division. This senior role involves overseeing the delivery of CBI-reg within internationally delivered environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with CIP and APA-level qualifications and a strong foundation in operational and leadership roles. It is well-suited to someone looking to take the next step in their career and gain or expand international experience.

In partnership with peers across Europe, you will foster a strong risk culture that enables the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

You will engage regularly with clients and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence, while actively supporting the execution of a dynamic transformation roadmap-guiding the team toward a blended model of human and digital service delivery.

Requirements
  • CIP, QFA or APA qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years' experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function (CF1 or CF7).
  • 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
  • Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
  • Confident communicator with a hands on, proactive approach.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day to day operations.
