Head of Performance Partners: Lead High-Impact Growth

Convergence Group in Solihull is seeking a Head of Performance Partners to lead our Performance POD and drive business performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, coaching managers and embedding our model across functions.

You'll lead from the front, turn insight into action with data, and build high-performing teams. CIPD Level 5 is the minimum; Level 7 bonus.

We offer £80-95k, 33 days holiday, private medical, enhanced pension, and hybrid working with three days in the Solihull office.
