Head of People: Growth, Culture & Talent (Hybrid)

Fussy is seeking a strategic Head of People to shape and deliver our people strategy as we scale from 70 people. You will lead a small team, partner with the Leadership Team and advise founders on workforce planning, culture and capability.

You'll own performance, progression and reward, steer leadership development and employee experience, and ensure compliant, scalable People processes as we grow.
