Head of People Experience - Scale-Up People Ops Leader (Hybrid)

Carbon Clean is seeking a Head of People Experience in London to lead People Operations, Reward and Employee Engagement as the company scales. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office and a 14 month fixed-term contract, reporting to the SVP of People.

You will partner with senior leaders to position People as a commercially focused, data-driven enabler, shaping governance, systems and programs across the employee lifecycle.
