amicable in the UK is seeking a Head of People & Talent to lead our People function, attract and develop brilliant people, and shape our people strategy with data-led insights. This is a hybrid role with a mix of home working and office days in London.

You will own hiring, onboarding, performance management, policy development, culture initiatives and benefits, partnering with the leadership team to align people priorities with business goals.
