Head of People & Culture - Hybrid/Remote

Lane7, the UK's fastest growing boutique bowling group, is seeking a People and Culture Director to shape the people strategy across venues. You'll partner with the CEO and SLT to design and deliver a comprehensive people plan, L&D frameworks and robust policies that support growth, culture and wellbeing.

You will lead the People and L&D team, drive internal communications, and ensure measurable impact on productivity and engagement while balancing commercial discipline with employee experience.
