DescriptionJoin our Payroll Product Department as our Head of Payroll Onboarding! We are Cintra. Known for our award-winning software that delivers payroll solutions to over 1000 clients. The Head of Payroll Onboarding is accountable for the successful delivery of all payroll onboarding and client migration activity across PSSG. Reporting to the Director of Payroll, the role leads a team of onboarding and technical consultants to ensure onboarding is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a consistently high standard.

What you'll do- Lead payroll onboarding and migration projects, delivering to agreed timelines and quality standards
- Own and optimise onboarding processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency
- Manage, develop, and drive performance of the onboarding team
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding delivery, including planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Act as senior escalation point for onboarding challenges and client issues
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and workflows
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful outcomes
- Monitor, report, and ensure compliance across onboarding performance, risks, and regulatory standards
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Track record of managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects
- Strong stakeholder management, confident with clients and senior leaders
- Operationally focused, driving process improvement and efficiency
- Technically confident, leveraging systems and data to optimise outcomes
- Solid understanding of payroll and onboarding processes, with commercial awareness
- Highly organised, problem-solving, and resilient in fast-paced environments
