Head of Payroll & Transformation - Hybrid (UK/Intl)

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Consultant/Head of Payroll for a 1-year fixed-term contract in London. The role combines payroll operations, governance and transformation, and will manage a small team within a co-sourced model.

You will own end-to-end payroll delivery for UK and international payrolls, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure compliance and
