Head of Payroll & Recruitment - Hybrid Leadership

Slough Borough Council is seeking a strategic Head of Payroll & Recruitment to lead payroll, recruitment and employee lifecycle services. You will provide senior leadership, governance and expert guidance across the organisation to ensure accurate pay and a high-quality candidate experience.
