Head of Payroll - Multi-Entity, Hybrid (Shoreham)

Focus Group is seeking a Payroll Manager in the UK to lead end-to-end payroll across the group. This hands-on, high-impact role covers multiple entities, ensuring timely processing, 100% accuracy and statutory compliance, including pension and HMRC reporting.

You will manage a small payroll team, work with recently acquired businesses to integrate payrolls, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing technology services group.
