Head of Paraplanning

Overview

An opportunity to head a Paraplanning team of a national business due to continued growth and expansion. Our client is a leading national advice and wealth management business delivering holistic and hybrid advice with market leading investment solutions. Ideally, you will be an experienced Paraplanning manager / lead who is seeking an opportunity to further progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Paraplanning team starting at approximately 25, with expected growth to around 40 by year end.
• Lead by example, manage performance and development of the team, and contribute to wider company projects with technology at the forefront.
