Head of Paid Ads & Growth (TikTok) - Remote Europe

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Paid Ads / Performance Marketing Lead (TikTok Ads) based in Ireland to own global paid acquisition for a consumer subscription product. You'll drive TikTok performance while coordinating across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and other channels, optimizing CAC, ROAS and LTV.

This is a fully remote role with ownership and cross-functional impact across international markets.
