Head of Packaging Development: Innovation & Sustainability

AG Barr Group is seeking a Head of Packaging Development for a 6-month FTC, based in Cumbernauld with hybrid flexibility. You will lead the packaging team across soft drinks and alcohol, delivering innovative, sustainable and compliant packaging solutions from concept to market launch.

The role requires deep knowledge of packaging materials, regulatory compliance, and scale-up from prototype to commercial packaging, with a focus on cost efficiency and brand integrity.
