As Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will shape and embed sustainable practices that help us deliver our purpose, Better Homes, Better Lives, For Everyone. Working in partnership across our business, you will design and implement frameworks and tools that drive positive change, ensuring our people and organisation thrive now and in the future. This is a 12 month contract role.

Responsibilities
  • Establish the Organisation Effectiveness Centre of Excellence (COE) and create a clear two-year roadmap.
  • Lead the successful rollout and embedding of a new organisation tool, supporting changes in HR and Finance ways of working.
  • Build and nurture a vibrant OE community of practice across Banners and Group Functions, setting effective rhythms and rituals.
  • Oversee central tracking and transparent reporting of organisation health metrics, partnering with the Transformation team.
  • Lead capability interventions for the HR community on all aspects of Organisation Effectiveness, in collaboration with the HR Capability Lead.
  • Develop and pilot a Group-wide approach to strategic workforce planning.
  • Manage external partners and budgets for OE projects, ensuring integration with wider talent and HR deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Strong HR generalist background, with expertise in organisation effectiveness best practice.
  • Proven experience driving change in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Consultancy background and experience would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement and process optimisation.
  • Skilled in data analysis and using insights to inform decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions.

Save with the option to buy Kingfisher plc shares at the end of a 3 or 5 year period. Offered annually. Three months service is required at the annual invitation date, normally in October.
