Job Description
Overview

Linklaters is a global law firm offering legal services in 20 countries and through 30 offices. We are looking for a senior operations leader to serve as Head of Workplace Operations, UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own UK operational oversight within a global matrixed organization.
  • Lead relationships with outsourced service providers, driving performance, consistency, and value.
  • Act as a senior partner to the business, balancing pace, risk, and delivery across a complex operational landscape.
  • Drive a client and visitor centric experience, setting benchmarks for best in class operations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders across the firm.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a global, matrixed environment with a strong focus on operations/facilities management.
  • Strong capability managing multiple outsourced providers and holding them to account.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence to work with senior leaders and partners.
  • Experience running a large, high profile headquarters or flagship operation.
  • Commercial, pragmatic approach with a clear focus on operational excellence.
