Lead the future of food within a global tech powerhouse's high volume, creative operation spanning nine sites and a team of about 250 people. You will oversee a complex, high profile contract that brings together hospitality, workplace dining, bespoke catering, events and pantry services.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across nine sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scale.
• Rapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans, bringing strategy to life with pace and precision.
• Drive innovation across food concepts and respond to frequent bespoke menu requests.
• Act as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving direction.
• Lead change management initiatives across a complex, fast moving contract.
• Maintain strong financial oversight, ensuring commercial performance and sustainable growth.
• Remain calm, decisive, and solutions focused under pressure.

Person Specification

• Proven leadership experience within high end contract catering, premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or elevated employee dining.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
