Head of Operations, Ireland Hybrid Leadership & Impact

Fifty5Blue is recruiting for a Head of Operations in Ireland to lead and coordinate the core Operations function in a hybrid role. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team and draw on expertise across Panel Service and Field Technician teams to strengthen service performance.

The role requires ensuring staff are trained to defined standards, embedding continuous improvement, and managing change in a fast-moving viewing technology environment.
