We're looking for a strategic and hands onHead of Operations (f/m/d) to lead, scale, and continuously evolve deeploi's operational backbone.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle and lead the cross functional teams that make it happen - from Implementation and Customer Success to IT Support. You'll build high performing teams, scalable processes, and an outstanding service culture that makes IT simple and reliable for our customers.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CPO and Head of Product to ensure seamless collaboration between Operations, Product, and Tech - turning customer insights and operational learnings into tangible improvements and scalable growth.

- Build and optimize scalable operationsthat evolve with company growth.
- Own our customer centricity:champion customer needs internally and ensure they're reflected in everything we build and deliver.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Techto align customer needs, feature rollouts, and roadmap priorities.
- Drive key performance metricssuch as retention, satisfaction (NPS), efficiency, and margins.
- Combine strategic vision with hands on execution, bringing clarity and momentum to complex challenges.
- Foster a strong and inclusive team cultureacross diverse operational roles.
- Report directly to the CEOand help shape the long term vision for Operations.
- 6+ years of experience in operations or general management - ideally in SaaS, Tech, or IT services.
- Proven leadership track record in building and scaling teams in a high growth environment.
- Experience managing both strategic projects and day to day operations.Strong analytical mindset - data driven decision making and operational rigor.
- Solid technical understanding and experience working cross functionally with Product and Engineering.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Empathetic and people oriented leadership style that fosters trust, performance, and clarity.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); German is a plus.
