In this role, you will have a significant impact on how our partner operates daily, driving data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency. Your role will encompass designing and refining systems and processes that allow a remote SaaS business to not only scale but thrive. By collaborating with leadership, you'll establish clear performance metrics and operational structures that align teams towards shared goals. Accountabilities- Own and improve the company's operating model, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs and reporting in collaboration with data and finance teams.
- Lead initiatives related to revenue and operations, such as pricing strategy and forecasting.
- Enhance cross-team coordination and documentation in a fully remote work environment.
- Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Provide structure and clarity to complex projects across various functions.
- 8+ years of experience in operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with data analysis, metrics, and BI dashboard reporting.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote and low-bureaucracy organization.
- Experience collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with effective written communication.
