Head of Operations & Global Supply Chain

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone, including demand planning, supply chain, and global logistics as the business scales internationally. You will work directly with the Founder in a hybrid setup, shaping systems and processes for rapid growth and stock availability across regions.

The role requires autonomous ownership, strong analytical skills, and experience with Shopify and 3PL coordination.
