Head of Operations

As Head of Operations, you'll be instrumental in leading delivery across the agency, driving efficiencies and managing capacity. This role requires strategic thinking and performance analysis to oversee agency delivery and processes, manage relationships with key stakeholders and drive discipline performance.

• Management: Inspire the delivery teams within the agency, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, aligned to agency KPIs
• Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of all project and retainer deliverables for all disciplines, monitoring performance against scopes of work, timelines, SLAs and milestones.
• Software & Processes: Ensure teams are using project-management tools consistently. Drive efficiency across workflows and internal processes.
• Resource: Forecast capacity requirements based on business objectives and growth plans, ensuring the agency is resourced effectively.

We're looking for someone with expertise in Operations and Delivery Management who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior operational role.
• Platform/Tech Knowledge: Expertise in related to project management software, such as
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
