Head of Operations

What you'll be doing

• Own end-to-end ops across guest experience, maintenance, supply chain, and platform performance
• Build and lead a global team of 70+ with 3 senior direct reports
• Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and scalable processes
• Boost NPS and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
• Manage multi-currency budgets and improve cost-to-serve
• Work cross-functionally to align ops with company strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ops, ideally in marketplace, hospitality, or tech led environments
• Proven experience scaling global teams and functions
• Obsessed with performance metrics and process optimisation
• Commercially minded, financially savvy, and customer focused
• SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills a plus
