Head of Operations - Hybrid (London & Banbury)

Caroline Gardner Publishing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Head of Operations to join our team across London and Banbury. The role is permanent, full-time, split between our SW London office and Banbury warehouse, with ASAP start and cross-functional scope.

You will drive coherence across Sales, Buying, Merchandising, Design, Finance, and Logistics, lead the Despatch manager's development, and shape how we scale operations using modern tools, including AI.
