Head of Operational Safety & Compliance

East Midlands Railway in Derby is seeking an Operational Standards and Compliance Manager (Professional Head of Operational Standards) to lead safety and compliance across our operations. You will ensure the Safety Management System (SMS) meets industry standards and provide expert guidance across safety validation.

In this role you will drive risk-based audits, oversee competence management and Train Driver licensing compliance, and communicate changes to the business.
