Head of Operational Insight & Analytics

VIVO Defence Services, a Serco EQUANS joint venture, seeks a Head of Operational Insight to lead enterprise-wide reporting and analytics across UK defence contracts. You will shape modern insights, dashboards and decision support, enabling evidence-based leadership at Executive level and across Operations, Commercial and Finance.

Hybrid role with regular UK travel. You will build a high-performing team, drive automation, AI-enabled reporting and continuous improvement to enhance contract
