Head of Model Risk Oversight & Validation

Monzo is seeking a Head of Model Risk Oversight to lead the EU-wide Model Risk Management (MRM) framework for MB EU. You will define validation standards, lead 2LOD validation of high-risk models, and coordinate risk reporting to the ERC and Board committees.

Based in Dublin with a hybrid model, you will drive regulatory alignment (ECB/EBA), oversee AI governance for Generative AI, and manage a team across Credit Risk, Fraud & Financial Crime, and Financial Risk domains.
