Job Description

Head of Marketing and Partnerships, Luxury Travel, London / Hybrid, Competitive Salary + Bonus. A FANTASTIC opportunity to join this well-established, luxury tour operator that offers it's clients truly unique and tailor made travel experiences worldwide.

Head of Marketing and Partnerships Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly in to the managing director, you will lead a team of 4, providing mentorship, guidance and setting clear objectives.
  • Creating and delivering the strategic marketing plan to achieve targeted levels of repeat and referral business as well as expanding the customer base and developing the brand.
  • Undertake market analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, opportunities and the competitor landscape.
  • Oversee the creation and deliveryof engaging content across multiple channels such as website, social media, blogs and email.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, optimising SEO, SEM, paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Utilise data analytics and insights to track performance and areas of improvement.
  • Lead a PR Manager to execute communications campaigns, enhance brand reputation and maintain relationships with influencers andmedia partners.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with other luxury brands to expand the companies reach including co-marketing, promotions and exclusive offers.
  • Maintain brand integrity and loyalty.
  • Work in close collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure objectives are aligned, communicating commercial, promotional and trainingopportunities.


Head of Marketing and Partnerships Skills Required

  • We are seeking an experienced marketing professional from the luxury travel sector.
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • A strategic thinker with an ability and willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved with the execution of campaigns.
  • Experienced in the use of marketing tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools and SEO tools.
  • Creative and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Head of Marketing and Partnerships Additional Details

  • A competitive basic salary dependent on experience, to be discussed on application + bonus + eligibility for EMI scheme.
  • Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in London offices and 2 remote.
