Our client is building a cutting edge consumer finance platform that makes crypto and AI powered investing simple, smart, and accessible. They're looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to take ownership of user acquisition, brand strategy, and go to market activity as they move toward product market fit.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable growth strategy across multiple digital and community channels.
• Plan and deliver campaigns for new features, launches, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create in app growth loops and optimise conversion paths.
• Identify opportunities for user acquisition through collaborations and ecosystem partnerships.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, and continuously improve marketing efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team while remaining hands on with key growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing and growth for consumer apps, ideally within fintech, crypto, and mobile first products.
• Proven track record of scaling user bases and driving measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, or digital finance with a data driven mindset.
• Equally comfortable with creative storytelling and analytical experimentation.
• Confident leading teams in a fast moving, innovative environment.
