Head of Marketing, AI Infrastructure & Growth

Qdrant is seeking a Head of Marketing to own and scale our marketing function in a remote-first, international team. You will set strategy, run campaigns hands-on, and grow a team across growth, demand gen, PMM, and design.

You will partner with the Head of DevRel and VP of Sales to turn open-source adoption into enterprise pipeline. You will own content strategy, SEO and product marketing to ensure Qdrant shows up where developers and enterprise buyers research, evaluate, and buy.
