As the first full-time hire and potential future co founder, you will build the marketing engine for the UK's first culture led yerba maté soda. You will own the entire brand lifecycle-from strategy and creative direction to D2C growth and community activations-shaping how this sustainable, ritual based energy drink integrates into London's vibrant creative and nightlife scenes.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute the end to end marketing strategy, overseeing brand voice, creative direction, and multi channel content creation.
• Scale the D2C engine by managing SEO, paid social (Meta Ads), email marketing, and GA4 data led funnel optimization.
• Lead boots on the ground cultural marketing, managing stockist launches, event activations, and community building within London's creative networks.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in brand or growth marketing for consumer facing (CPG) or culture led brands with a portfolio of successful executions.
• Expert level execution skills across Instagram, TikTok, and paid social platforms, combined with a strong analytical mindset for tracking KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a deep connection to London's social and nightlife scenes, comfortable building systems from scratch in a pre seed startup environment.
