This is a leadership role suited to someone who is as comfortable developing strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute and iterate. Working collaboratively and efficiently with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Success, are vital to ensuring cohesion and alignment with your messaging throughout your campaigns.

About The Role
Head of Marketing
We're looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead Ticketsolve's brand, communications, and growth marketing efforts during a pivotal time in our journey. With a newly re-platformed product, an evolving brand, and ambitious growth goals, we need someone who can own our positioning, build campaigns that drive awareness and demand, and lead our small but mighty marketing team with clarity and energy.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve Ticketsolve's brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, covering brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, partnerships, and events.
- Lead, grow, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous development.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, acquisition, and customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to ensure marketing is aligned with the full customer journey and revenue objectives.
- Own and optimise marketing performance reporting, using data and insights to inform decisions and maximise ROI.
- Champion the voice of the customer, gather insights, feedback, and case studies to shape messaging, influence product strategy, and inform campaigns.
- Guide product marketing efforts, translating new features into compelling, customer-focused messaging in partnership with the product team.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across all internal and external communications.
- Manage 3rd party relationships and the marketing budget, maximising efficiency and effectiveness across channels.
- Drive and oversee our event marketing strategy, including sector events, customer activations, and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure our marketing technology and data practices are effective, scalable, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within SaaS, tech for good, or B2B industries.
- Proven experience in building brand, delivering integrated campaigns, and driving measurable results.
- Demonstrable people management skills and experience of leading a dynamic team.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer empathy.
- Excellent storyteller and communicator with a sharp eye for copy and design.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), content strategy, social, and events.
- Passion for the arts, culture, or creative industries is a strong advantage.
