About the Role:

Service Club is evolving into a knowledge and data intelligence company. Our platform, designed as a modular system with independent verticals (Academy, Jobs, and more), is interconnected through a shared intelligence layer, embodying principles of scalability, flexibility, and customer-centric design. As a Head of Marketing for drivers, you will be crucial in:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and own the whole driver acquisition marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Design and execute high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns across traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Generate high-quality driver leads while maximizing conversion rates and minimizing acquisition costs.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, performance, and ROI.
  • Utilize diverse marketing channels, including job boards, social media, forums, rideshare hubs, WhatsApp, influencer partnerships, and in-app ads.
  • Ensure a balance between creative innovation and commercial outcomes to support sustainable growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Tech) to align strategies and drive unified results.
  • Track key performance metrics to guide decision-making and continuously refine marketing approaches.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities and acquisition tactics to stay competitive in the market.
  • Champion a performance-driven marketing culture, fostering continuous improvement and agility.

  • Full-Funnel Digital Marketing - Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, content, paid media, and CRO

  • Strategic Planning - Aligns marketing strategies with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
  • Adaptability & Innovation - Thrives in fast-changing environments; tests new ideas, embraces feedback, and iterates quickly
