Head of Lender Panel & FAR Services

PEXA is seeking an experienced Head of Smoove Lender Panel Services to lead and grow its Lender Panel Management and Fees-Assisted Remortgage functions. This hybrid role requires expertise in conveyancing and the ability to build key lender partnerships.

You will oversee a specialist team, ensuring compliance and driving operational excellence, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The role is based in Thame and offers an annual salary between £100,000 - £110,000 plus bonuses.
