An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal leader to shape the future of cybersecurity and resilience regulation in Ireland.
We're seeking a senior legal professional to lead a multidisciplinary Legal & Economics function within a newly established regulatory division responsible for implementing major European legislation governing cybersecurity, critical infrastructure and digital resilience.
This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll advise on complex legal and economic matters, lead enforcement and supervisory activity, influence regulatory policy, and build a high-performing team delivering real impact across critical digital sectors.

- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong regulatory, litigation or advisory experience within areas such as cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, data protection or financial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing legal teams and working alongside economists or other technical specialists.
- Deep understanding of EU regulatory frameworks including NIS2, CER, DORA, GDPR or related legislation.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide commercially and strategically focused legal advice in a complex regulatory environment.
