We are seeking a leader with a strong and credible specialist background in Hair, Beauty and Hospitality, bringing deep professional expertise and industry insight to shape high - quality, employer - aligned curriculum. You will confidently lead learning, quality and performance across all three sectors, ensuring a cohesive, ambitious and industry - relevant vocational offer.

You will have substantial experience within Hair, Beauty and Hospitality education, proven leadership within Further Education, and a recognised teaching qualification (or equivalent). You'll be ready to operate at Head of Learning level-championing quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting teams to deliver outstanding learner experiences across multiple vocational areas.
