Head of Kitchen - Primary Schools needed in Trowell, £13.27ph

PAYE - Reference: RQ

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day running of large primary school kitchen providing approximately 280 meals per day.
• To prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Order stock and manage budgets effectively.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff.

Working Hours

26.25 hours per week - 8:15am to 1:30pm

Qualifications

• Level 3 food safety
• Enhanced DBS

Role Details

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
