Job Description

You will join the internal control team as a Manager, reporting to the Compliance and Internal Control Director of NIMI Distribution International. Your role involves being the primary contact for external control missions and supervising the control team. Responsibilities include implementing the annual control plan, establishing internal control policies, creating operational process guides, and participating in control and compliance projects.

Daily tasks include:

• Participating in risk assessments and quarterly meetings on control reviews, risk areas, and incidents;
• Conducting due diligence on external entities and collaborating with oversight bodies on risk mapping;
• Issuing affirmation letters and following up on control and audit recommendations;
• Assessing and improving affiliates' internal control systems;
• Reviewing contracts, procedures, and tenders, ensuring follow-up on recommendations;
• Preparing board, regulatory, and internal reports (LAB/FT, FRA/RAC, LFR, CCO Testing).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 10 years of experience in internal control or compliance within a financial institution (bank, management company, distributor) in an international group;
• Knowledge of asset management products, arrangements, and regulations;
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, analysis, synthesis, writing, persuasion, rigor, and team skills;
• English proficiency at C1 level.
