The Role
We're looking for a Head of Integration to lead the enterprise integration strategy with a focus on MuleSoft. You'll manage architecture, delivery, and a growing integration team, driving API-led connectivity across the organisation.

What You'll Do

• Lead MuleSoft integration strategy and delivery roadmap
• Manage and mentor a team of integration engineers
• Define reusable API patterns and ensure governance
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on integration needs
• Drive best practices, security, and performance

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in integration roles, 5+ with MuleSoft
• Strong hands-on with Anypoint Platform, APIs, DataWeave, CloudHub
• Background in REST, OAuth2, JSON/XML, security protocols
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Previous leadership in enterprise environments
• Bonus: experience in the energy/utilities sector
