The Head of Individual Giving leads a multi-channel programme focused on donor acquisition, retention, value growth, and legacy fundraising, working closely with communications, digital, finance, and international counterparts, particularly with MSF UK. The role requires balancing short term income delivery with long term supporter strategy, innovation, and brand stewardship.

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in Individual Giving fundraising (5+ years), with a proven track record of delivering multi million euro income targets
• Strong expertise across acquisition, retention, and donor development strategies
• Experience managing multi channel fundraising programmes (digital, direct mail, telemarketing, F2F)
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high performing teams
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budget management and performance optimisation
• Experience working with agencies and suppliers to deliver results at scale
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication/collaboration skills
• Experience in the non profit or humanitarian sector desirable but not essential
