A job that inspires- Strategic ICT Domain Leadership: Lead the ICT Energy Networks Team as enter of competence for Energy Networks business related ICT topics
- ICT Governance undamp; Cycle Management: Support the VP ICT in the management of ICT-cycle tasks in line with group ICT-requirements and advise groupwide projects regarding ICT
- Functional Steering undamp; Framework Harmonization: Functionally steering a number of ICT Business Partners, you ensure efficiency and structure in the collaboration, a uniform understanding of the ICT requirements as well as further improvement of E.ON Group's ICT framework
- ICT-Weakness Management undamp; Group Reporting: You are responsible for the input of ICT weaknesses identified within the Units which the ICT Business Partners are allocated in the preparation of the Annual ICT Report in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- People Development undamp; Talent Empowerment: Foster personal and professional development of all team members of the ICT Energy Networks Team
- Professional qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience: Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained across different businesses and/or functions
- Leadership experience: Experience working with senior management and key stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to build trustful and effective relationships
- Specific expertise: Thorough understanding of the ICT framework and related regulations
- Strong IT skills: Proven experience in administration and usage of IT tools are a plus
- What sets you apart: Strong drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, intercultural understanding, high analytical and advisory competence, as well as high resilience
